Reminders

  • Academic Issues need to be taken care of immediately. If you are missing courses required for graduation you will receive notification from the Registrar’s Office. Please meet with your advisor if you have any questions about completing your requirements. Keep in mind there are summer courses available for you if you are missing a course.
  • Invitations will be available digitally! Feel free to share your digital invitation with friends and family to invite them to your graduation. Because of space limitations, we suggest inviting six or fewer guests. Please note that invitations are not needed to enter the ceremony.
  • Guests are welcome but we recommend you invite no more than six guests due to limited seating.
  • Honor Students with a CGPA of 3.3 or higher will receive a gold honor tassel at graduation, provided they have completed ALL of their requirements prior to Graduation.
  • Graduation Photographs will be taken of each graduate throughout the Graduation event and will be available for download from the photographer’s website. The MCC Marketing department will also be photographing the event and those photos will be available for viewing/downloading via a link on the college website and an announcement in social.
  • Degrees will be mailed to graduates (once all audits are complete) within three weeks after Graduation. If you do not receive your degree by June 20th, please contact the Registrar’s Office at MCCRegistrar@ccsnh.edu or (603) 206-8120.

Important Note for Graduates

At the completion of the Spring 2025 semester, after all grades have been posted, the Registrar’s Office will do final degree audits.  Students who are still missing courses toward degree requirements will be contacted.  Any student who is taking a class(es) at another institution must have transcripts from that institution received by the Registrar’s Office no later than Noon, Friday, May 16th in order to participate at the graduation ceremony.

Degrees will be mailed to graduates (once all audits are complete) within three weeks after Graduation.  If you do not receive your degree by June 23rd, please contact the Registrar’s Office at mccregistrar@ccsnh.edu or 603-206-8120.
