The Petition to Graduate Form is for students who have met the requirements of their degree program. All graduating students must complete this form if they wish to receive their degree. 

I understand that my graduating is contingent upon having met all academic requirements of my program and of the college and upon having cleared any holds on my account.

Graduating students must earn a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.0.
