Wellness & Fitness

Fitness Center

Our mission is to provide the MCC community with quality programs and opportunities to be fit for life through health promotion and fitness. Come in to use the wide variety of cardiovascular, resistance training and free-weight equipment, and meet our certified trainers. The MCC Fitness Center is located in Room 317.

Please download and fill out the Health History & Pre-Participation Form prior to your first visit.

Recreational Sports

Recreational Sports on campus are a fun and casual way for students to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy friendly competition without the commitment of joining a formal team. Whether it’s a quick game of basketball, pickleball, volleyball, or badminton, we welcome players of all skill levels. Rec Sports are a great way to relieve stress, boost energy, and build community – join in, and have fun!
