Mental Health First Aid Training

Please join us for a 2-day Mental Health First Aid training on February 12^th and 14^th (9am-1:30pm both days) in the MCC Library Lab. Must attend both days to receive certification. This workshop is only for MCC students. We are limited to 20 spaces, so please sign-up here. This early intervention public education program teaches adults how to recognize the signs and symptoms that suggest a potential mental health challenge; how to listen non-judgmentally and reassure a person who may be experiencing a mental health challenge; and how to refer a person to appropriate professional support and services.
